The cleanup from their lack of service is still in progress and multiple attempts have been made with Patriot over the span of 1.5 years to get the quality where we needed it to be. The property manager has all of the correspondence where the quality issues have been documented. After Hurricane Ian the city streets were cleaned up for at least a week before you cleaned up our storm debris - you never cleaned up after Nicole - this goes to show how your company prioritized our community! They neglected our irrigation system, didn't control weeds or insects, or maintain either entrance very well.<br>They showed up and cut grass, edged and trimmed in a timely manner, but neglected the rest.<br>We were very disappointed with them.”
